Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If over 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

All of our products are unique and only made once because we work with print-on-demand companies.

This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In the event of product damage or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or refund (to your details) if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

If there is an issue affecting multiple products using the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in the same frame will be required to confirm.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

We does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

We do not refund orders due to buyer’s remorse.

Returns of merchandise, face masks, and size exchanges are at your expense.

To process a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Wrong Address.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at webreviewerblog@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
