Our print providers ship to most countries, however, we do not offer delivery to Guadeloupe, North Korea, Russia, or Ukraine.

Please note that there are temporary delivery restrictions that affect some of the carriers used by our print service providers. Delivery to a specific country may be suspended or delayed.

The lead time for an order depends on several factors, such as the time of year, stock availability, and order size. Almost all orders ship within 2-7 business days of placing the order.

As soon as the order is released for production, we will send you an email with an estimated delivery date. Please note that the date shown is an estimate and delivery by this date is not guaranteed.

Sometimes it may take longer to complete an order than originally expected. This may be due to one of the following reasons:

• The garment is out of stock and must be ordered from a supplier.
• The product has not been quality tested after production and must be reprinted to ensure a high standard of quality.
• An order contains 12 or more items.

However, if your order has not been updated or shipped within 7 business days, please contact our support team to resolve the issue.

All orders are shipped by standard shipping. In addition to standard delivery, express delivery is available (subject to availability of such a service from the delivery company).

Express delivery within the country is 2-3 business days.
International express delivery - 3-5 working days.
